Charlotte Sampson, age 69, of Fort Worth, passed away peacefully on April 13, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family. She was born on February 24, 1957, in Fort Worth.
Charlotte lived a life centered on love and family. She was a devoted mother, cherished grandmother, and loyal friend whose kindness touched everyone she met. Charlotte had a generous heart and a gentle spirit, always putting the needs of others before her own.
Charlotte found joy in life's simple pleasures. She was a devoted fan of the Dallas Cowboys. She rarely missed a game and proudly supported her team through every season. She also had a deep love for animals and showed kindness to every creature she encountered.
Charlotte enjoyed writing poems, a creative outlet that reflected her thoughtful and expressive nature. In her leisure time, she loved playing bingo, watching her favorite game shows, and taking trips to the casinos.
She is survived by her six loving children, 25 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren, all of whom will forever cherish her guidance, love, and the many memories they shared.
Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents, Edith Thames and Jerry Hall, as well as her beloved daughter, Heather Sampson.
Charlotte's legacy lives on through the love she gave so freely and the lives she touched with her kindness. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
