In Loving Memory of Faustino Yepez Cruz

With heavy hearts and loving memories, we announce the passing of Faustino Yepez Cruz, who passed away on August 8, 2026, in Arlington, Texas, at the age of 42.

Faustino was born on June 28, 1984, in Carácuaro de Morelos, Michoacán, Mexico, to Faustino Yepez and Maria Cruz Yepez. He lived a life filled with laughter, adventure, family, friendship, and plenty of good times along the way.

Those who knew Faustino knew that he loved to joke around. He had a way of bringing laughter into a room and enjoyed sharing a good time with his family and friends. His playful personality and sense of humor created countless memories that those closest to him will continue to laugh about and cherish for years to come.

Tino knew how to enjoy life. His favorite color was money green, a choice that suited his fun-loving personality perfectly. He was a proud Dallas Cowboys fan.

When it came to a pool table, he wasn't just there to play, he was a pro. Whether it was pool, poker, Texas Hold'em, or dominoes, he loved a good game and the friendly competition that came with it. He also enjoyed visiting casinos, traveling, taking vacations, and spending time at Clicks Bar in Arlington, a familiar place where he enjoyed many good moments.

More important than any game, trip, or destination were the people with whom he shared his life. His family and friendships meant deeply to him, and the laughter, stories, and memories he leaves behind will remain a treasured part of his legacy.

Faustino is lovingly survived by his parents, Faustino Yepez and Maria Cruz Yepez, and his siblings, Jose, Margarita, Silvia, Jessica, and Maximo, along with many extended family members, relatives, and friends who will forever carry his memory in their hearts.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Maximo Yepez and Maria De Jesus Vargas, and his maternal great-grandmother, Hermelinda Sanchez.

Though Tino's time with those who loved him was far too short, the life he lived cannot be measured simply by years. It can be measured by the laughter he created, the friendships he formed, the places he traveled, the games he played, and the unforgettable moments he shared with the people around him.

His family will remember his jokes, his competitive spirit, his adventurous side, and the unmistakable personality that made Faustino simply Faustino.

As his family and friends say goodbye, may they find comfort in knowing that the memories he created remain—a hand of cards, a game of dominoes, the sound of pool balls breaking, a Cowboys game, a vacation story, or simply a joke that suddenly brings his laughter back to mind.

Faustino Yepez Cruz will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and never forgotten.
